Job Description We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for real estate, hospitality, and events professionals experienced in reviewing property materials, hospitality plans, event documents, venue summaries, guest experience materials, budgets, spreadsheets, slide decks, and presentation-ready real estate and service-industry artifacts for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and domain quality. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on real estate, hospitality, and events artifact review, rubric-based assessment, document and spreadsheet review, slide deck quality review, structured feedback, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated work products and apply subject-matter expertise to identify factual, analytical, logistical, aesthetic, and presentation issues. Key Responsibilities Professionals in this role may contribute to: Real Estate, Hospitality & Events Artifact Review • Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks involving real estate, hospitality, events, property summaries, venue planning, guest experience, service delivery, budgets, and timelines, • Review domain-specific materials for accuracy, completeness, rigor, clarity, and practical relevance, • Assess whether materials are realistic, well-structured, and aligned with the stated property, hospitality, or event context, • Identify unsupported assumptions, unclear planning logic, incomplete budget analysis, weak recommendations, or poor linkage between context and proposed actions Planning, Guest Experience & Logistics Evaluation • Review materials involving property reports, leasing or sales summaries, hospitality plans, event briefs, venue layouts, vendor coordination, guest flow, timelines, staffing plans, and service standards, • Assess whether recommendations are clear, actionable, and suitable for internal, guest-facing, client-facing, or stakeholder-facing use, • Evaluate spreadsheets, budgets, schedules, service plans, venue summaries, and executive-facing recommendations for rigor and usability, • Provide clear written feedback that improves real estate, hospitality, and events artifact quality Spreadsheet, Document & Presentation Quality Review • Review spreadsheets for structure, logic, calculations, formatting, usability, and consistency, • Assess slide decks for organization, visual clarity, executive readability, and presentation quality, • Identify factual, aesthetic, formatting, and presentation errors across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace files, • Apply consistent review standards across documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks Ideal Profile Strong candidates may have: • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in real estate, hospitality, events, property management, hotel management, venue management, event planning, guest experience, tourism, facilities management, or related fields, • Native or professional fluency in English, • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, • Strong experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and Google Docs, • Ability to evaluate documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks with strong attention to detail, • Excellent written communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback, • Ability to work independently in a remote, project-based environment Educational Background • Academic backgrounds in real estate, hospitality management, event management, tourism, business, facilities management, urban planning, finance, marketing, or related fields may be relevant, • Advanced degree from a reputable institution may be valuable, • Professional training in real estate, hospitality management, event planning, venue management, guest experience, property analysis, or service design may also be relevant depending on project scope Nice to Have • Master's degree, MBA, real estate credential, CMP, CSEP, hospitality certification, or comparable real estate, hospitality, or events-related qualification, • Experience creating or reviewing property reports, hospitality plans, event briefs, venue plans, budgets, run-of-show documents, guest experience materials, vendor coordination summaries, or stakeholder presentations, • Familiarity with tools such as Cvent, Social Tables, Tripleseat, Salesforce, HubSpot, Yardi, AppFolio, CoStar, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or comparable real estate, hospitality, and events platforms, • Experience reviewing presentation decks for clarity, polish, and service-industry communication quality, • Strong ability to evaluate both domain substance and visual/presentation quality Why This Opportunity • Apply real estate, hospitality, and events expertise to structured remote evaluation work, • Review high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across property, hospitality, venue, event, guest experience, and service planning topics, • Contribute to accurate, rigorous, and professionally presented real estate and service-industry materials, • Use your domain judgment and communication skills to improve artifact quality, • Remote structure with competitive hourly compensation Contract Details • Independent contractor role, • Fully remote with flexible scheduling, • Eligible professionals may be based in approved project locations depending on project needs, • Project commitment may vary depending on availability and scope, • Competitive rates between $70–$110 per hour depending on expertise and project scope, • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise, • Projects may be extended, shortened, or adjusted depending on scope and performance, • Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
