We are looking for and experienced, motivated, and capable KITCHEN MANAGERS / HEAD CHEFS (Lead Staff). This is a HANDS-ON & demanding position!! All lead staff will live on site at the job location - Room, Board, & Travel Expense Assistance are provided. You must possess knowledge of food allergens and the ability to create dishes for people with a multitude of dietary restrictions and combination of restrictions. You must be able to facilitate the duties and responsibilities of creating, implementing, and maintaining the Service & Culinary needs of the assigned camp. Responsibilities * Provide high-quality patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. * Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the lab. * Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures. * Engage in performance measurement and improvement initiatives. * Contribute to achieving departmental targets and goals. * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation. * Evaluate and implement best practices for patient care. * Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding procedures. * Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures. * Stay updated on advancements in cardiac care and technology. Experience/Qualifications * Current RN license and certification in cardiac care. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. * Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or similar clinical setting. * Ability to monitor and interpret patient vitals accurately. * Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology. * Excellent communication skills for patient and family interactions. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Proven track record of achieving departmental targets. * Experience with infection control protocols in clinical settings. * Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives in healthcare.
