Job Description EXECUTIVE PASTRY SOUS CHEF | $125K-$150K + BONUS Premium NYC Specialty Food Market | Bronx Commissary The Operation: 90+ year NYC food landmark needs an Executive Pastry Sous Chef for our Bronx commissary. You'll lead daily pastry production, supplying multiple retail locations across the tri-state area. This is high-volume production work, not restaurant plating.
