The Role We are expanding our reach in categories like Shoes, Handbags, Swim, Jewelry, and more — and we're looking for a forward-thinking, hands-on Senior Director, Supply Chain to lead the charge in evolving how we source, produce, and deliver these products. The Senior Director, Supply Chain, Product Innovation will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing supply chain across raw materials, sourcing, and production — through to final delivery at our warehouse. This leader will drive operational excellence across multiple product categories and countries, while ensuring flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving innovation-driven environment. This role will not oversee product development directly (though will closely partner with that team, which is New York based), but will oversee Raw Materials R&D.
