    Overview We are seeking licensed Real Estate Salespersons to join a start up boutique brokerage. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while leveraging your negotiation, marketing, and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. Note we are a fully remote brokerage. We do not offer an office for agent use. We are looking for experienced agents capable of generating their own leads. The salary range provided is not reflective of what you will make. COMMISSION STRUCTURE: 2. Transaction fee of $350 per rental Duties • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process, • Conduct property showings and open houses to attract potential buyers and tenants, • Negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve favorable terms for clients, • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various platforms, • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values, • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant laws, • Manage administrative tasks including preparing contracts, listing agreements, and other documentation, • Coordinate with property management teams when applicable to facilitate smooth transactions, • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, • Stay informed about real estate law changes and industry best practices to enhance service delivery Qualifications • Valid New York State real estate license in good standing, • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer service within the real estate industry, • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous, • Knowledge of marketing techniques specific to real estate listings, • Familiarity with property management processes and real estate administrative procedures, • Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and legal considerations in real estate transactions, • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently, • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members, • Prior experience with real estate law and contractual agreements is preferred This role offers a rewarding career path for motivated professionals eager to make an impact in the real estate market while providing top-tier service to clients. Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Advanced organizational skills for project-based tasks. Adept at conceptualizing and implementing standard processes. Experience with transmission and distribution-level interconnection. Basic electrical engineering knowledge recommended, but not required.
