We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that wants to become a critical member of a small, high-horsepower team that's designed to drive performance. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and optimizing key business drivers that achieve outcomes. This means that you will develop a deep understanding of the units and dollars that live beyond financial statements. Primary Responsibilities: The Senior Financial Analyst will help drive performance and outcomes by doing the following: • Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Performance: Work closely with the finance team to partner with departments to set goals, track performance, and align spend to strategic priorities., • Support FP&A: Help prepare the annual budget and long range plan by consolidating and analyzing data, building and maintaining three-statement financial models, tracking key metrics, and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual variance reports., • Financial Reporting: Work closely with leadership to present the story with numbers as part of board decks, management presentations, or investor communications.
