Available Locations: FL, NY, NJ, NC, OH, TX, MA (Remote role) Shift: Tuesday - Saturday Responsibilities • Help oversee the day-to-day functioning of our Customer Service department, including: o Leading and coaching teams on development opportunities o Having a positive and professional attitude while leading teams through diversity and change o Working on elevating processes and will improve the customer experience o Tracking our various support queues and our staffing for those queues, and ensuring we have the resources needed to hit our response time goals o Handling customer escalations that need specialized attention and resolution o Answering agent questions in Teams in a timely and helpful manner o Flagging and tracking technical and product issues to the necessary internal teams o Keeping agents updated on key product and operational changes • Serve as the Lead for 1-2 specialized areas of support (we’ll call these Lines of Business, or LOBs). Within those LOBs, you’ll be responsible for: o Tracking and helping improve key performance metrics, such as CSAT, response time, and QA scores o Helping build out our knowledge infrastructure, including training, Knowledge Base, and Zendesk materials o Assisting agents working in their LOBs, providing help with advanced issues and answering subject-specific questions o Working cross-functionally as needed with other departments at Wine.com o Working with our workforce management function to ensure that your LOB is properly staffed Requirements • Track record of strong performance at Wine.com, with strong reviews and excellent CSAT and productivity metrics, • Demonstrated ability to learn new areas of support, and perform at a high level within those areas, • Proactive and solution-oriented, • Able to help agents learn basic and advanced support tasks, • Able to multi-task, and to pivot responsibilities as dictated by support volumes, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Strong interpersonal skills

Job Description • Immediate Need- Site Managers, • Direct Hire Opportunity Scope of Work Under the direction of the Logistics Manager or onsite assigned field manager performs duties as assigned within designated work area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities may be expanded as management may deem necessary from time to time. Customer Service • Will make contact with client upon arrival at event site, • Will address any questions or concerns the client may have, • Problem solves to ensure client satisfaction, • Prioritizes the steps of the installation for maximum efficiency, • Problem solves with staff to maintain production schedule, • Recommends new products and methods to increase capacity, profit and employee/customer satisfaction, • Required to supervise up to four team on event site, • Recommends staff for promotion and pay increases, • Ability to discipline staff, • Reports hours for all staff members, • Ensures proper training of staff, • Communicates with Logistics Manager/EM any issues with personnel or loading to optimize efficiency for warehouse and/or events, • Prioritizes the steps of the installation for maximum efficiency, • Supervise long-term installations, • Participate in site/job planning, • Complete knowledge of company safety procedures and programs, • Responsible for reporting any accidents associated with job or personnel, • Notes changes to customer contracts such as additional inventory delivered or services performed and communicates information back to appropriate manager, • Completes driver logs and follows all DOT regulations if applicable, • Ability to install tents up to 50m in width with the exception of Uni Flex, • Ability to install all custom structures, • Advanced understanding of carpentry skills, • Complete knowledge of frame tents, pole tents, Maxi Flex tents, and Ultra Flex tents, • Intermediate knowledge of Uni Flex tents, • Complete knowledge of installation of fully leveled floor, • Relevant work experience, • High School Diploma/GED preferred, • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one setting or within a group atmosphere to other employees of the organization., • Fluent in English, • Valid driver’s license preferred, • Ability to drive box truck, • Forklift certification which includes certification of a 10,000 lb. forklift, • Aerial Work Platform Certification, • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
