Job Description Accounts Payable / IT Admin Assistant | Temp-to-Hire Full Time | 40 hour work week Hybrid Schedule (after training period) Once fully trained , remote days are Monday and Friday. Required in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: • Review and process invoices, confirming accuracy and proper authorization, • Maintain vendor information and address vendor questions or concerns, • Execute payment cycles, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers, • Reconcile vendor accounts and investigate/resolve any discrepancies, • Support month-end close activities, including accruals and financial reporting, • Ensure adherence to internal policies and standard accounting practices Basic IT Support: • Provide basic support for accounting systems and internal tools, • Assist with user setup, password changes, and access management, • Help with system updates, testing, and data validation efforts, • Keep process documentation and system guides up to date Qualifications • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred, • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting, • Experience working with accounting platforms (such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP), • Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting concepts, • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational skills, • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills • Experience with ERP systems and integrations, • Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting, • Interest in technology and improving processes Company DescriptionExcellent working environment!Excellent working environment!
