Job Description The primary responsibility of the Facilities Manager at Wyandanch Village is to consistently create a clean and safe environment for all residential and commercial tenants. The Facilities Manager provides leadership to the overall operation, maintenance, and repairs to the apartments and (interior and exterior) common areas of the buildings including the mechanical systems, building management automation system (BMS), security and access control systems, and life safety systems throughout the buildings.
