We work on conventional systems, VRFs, water cooled systems (Includes circulating pumps, cooling towers, dry coolers and more), Air cooled split system, PTACs, Roof tops, VFDs, A variety of control work, Radiant systems and more. We are seeking a take-charge individual who likes challenge, is organized, reliable, including one who has a strong desire to take pride in their work, serve our customers and will be rewarded for a job well done! Responsibilities: • Diagnose, repair or service heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency, such as by changing filters, pulling strainers, or refilling refrigerants, • Perform routine maintenance, inspections and cleaning of HVAC systems., • Install new HVAC systems and components as needed., • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units., • Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring., • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety standards., • Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment, • Maintain communication with office, manager, parts and team., • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out., • Keep your truck inventory up to date., • Properly complete service records on Field edge for each customer for each call daily, • Maintain a clean and professional appearance., • Have and maintain a clean driving record.Qualifications:, • Past experience as an HVAC service technician (minimum 3yrs) or comparable education, • Valid Driver's License, • EPA Certification, • OSHA Certification, • G60, FDNY Fitness Certificate, • Experience with operation and maintenance of VRFs, chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems.
