Job Description Position Description The Maintenance Worker is responsible for all functions and operations related to the upkeep, repair, and improvements of residential scattered site apartments and facilities. The Maintenance Worker is also responsible for managing day-to-day operations in the field, including but not limited to special assignments of all units and all information related to them. The Maintenance Worker will work closely with the Senior Director of Property Management to ensure preventive, predictive, and proactive maintenance tasks are maintained, carried out, and in compliance with all codes, licensure, safety norms, and regulations of the company, Local, City, State, and Federal guidelines. The ideal candidate will have skills relating to critical thinking and decision making, as well as hands-on experience and skills across a broad spectrum of maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and electrical.
