What You’ll Do As the Group Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of group and corporate business development for the hotel, focusing on driving revenue and delivering memorable guest experiences. • Lead, coach, and motivate a small but dynamic sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals., • Develop and implement creative strategies to capture new group and corporate accounts., • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations that convert leads into loyal clients., • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and referrals., • Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify new opportunities., • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and operations leaders to ensure flawless execution of booked business., • Actively engage in prospecting, networking, and community involvement to increase the hotel’s visibility., • Utilize CRM and hotel systems (Delphi, OPERA, or similar) to manage sales activity, forecasting, and reporting. Who You Are You’re a relationship-builder, a motivator, and a closer.
