We’re looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Outside Parts Sales Representative who thrives on building new business, winning accounts, and owning a territory. If you wake up thinking about prospecting, enjoy earning your results, and still understand that long-term success requires teamwork and service excellence — keep reading. Duties/ Responsibilities: • Develop and aggressively grow a defined territory, • Prospect daily — cold calls, drop-ins, fleet visits, referrals, • Win new accounts and expand existing ones, • Sell heavy truck parts to fleets, owner-operators, municipalities, and repair facilities, • Build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue, • Collaborate with inside sales, warehouse, and service teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience, • Track activity and opportunities in CRM, • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications: • 2+ years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred), • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, • True hunter mentality — you enjoy prospecting and winning, • Competitive and self-motivated, • Strong follow-up and closing skills, • Comfortable walking into new accounts, • Resilient and not discouraged by rejection, • Team player who understands that sales is supported by operations, • Organized and disciplined in territory management, • Industry experience in heavy truck, automotive, or equipment parts is strongly preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS • He/ She must be able to drive long distances., • Be able to lift 50 lbs from floor to waist high, and 25 lbs to shoulder high., • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
