Position Summary The SVP & Practice Leader, Retiree Healthcare is a P&L leadership role responsible for setting and executing market strategies, driving growth, leading sales and marketing, and business development initiatives, and shaping carrier and product strategy for the retiree healthcare segment. Responsibilities P&L Leadership • Own the Retiree Healthcare P&L, including revenue growth, margin management, and financial reporting to division leadership., • Set annual growth targets and operating plans, accountable for segment performance., • Collaborate with Finance and GST on budgeting, forecasting, and business reporting. Reporting to the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer and serving as a member of the HR Leadership Team, the Associate Vice President is responsible for leading and directing all strategic activities related to NYU's benefits programs, benefits service delivery, and leave management that fosters the acquisition, retention, and retirement of top faculty and staff at the University.
