Job Description We are on an exciting journey to transform our Finance business process and technology footprint leveraging SAP S/4 HANA here at NBCUniversal! We are about a year into our transformation and are looking to hire a dedicated leader to help with all aspects of program mgmt. for this massive effort. The Director, S/4 Technical Program Manager role involves overseeing and executing the successful implementation and operation of SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Within NBCUniversal's SAP S/4 Financial transformation, this leader plays a pivotal role in coordinating efforts across finance and technology teams to support the transition from legacy ERP to SAP S/4HANA, facilitating technical design, implementation, and deployment for the Project Keystone program. The right leader will need to have S/4 functional and platform experience as well as experience having delivered S/4 transformations to be successful in this role. Roles and Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Office and Finance PM to develop and implement the overall project management strategy aligned with organizational goals and SAP S/4HANA transformation objectives., • Responsible for building technical cross-functional strategies for deployment, testing, cutover, and go-live preparation., • Review contract compliance and execution as part of the program’s financial controls. Manage milestone based and T&M vendor contracts, along with all vendor based billing and invoicing in partnership with Accounts Payable and O&T Vendor Operations., • Monitor project budgets and financials, ensuring cost control and adherence to financial targets. Report on project financial health and escalating budget risks as needed., • Manage risk processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, while maintaining the risk register.
