Job Description Overview The Area Vice President (AVP) of Operations oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of an assigned geography of branches for Home Health. Responsible for ensuring efficient and effective processes are in place to meet financial and operational objectives and drive operational excellence. This includes managing budgets, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize operations, and leading a team of executive Directors, Administrators and staff to achieve operational goals.
