Job Description Monafied Salon is a luxury, high-end beauty salon known for exceptional service, modern techniques, and an elevated client experience. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Salon Hair Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the beauty industry who wants to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced, upscale environment. Responsibilities • Assist lead stylists with all salon services, including color, treatments, blowouts, extensions, and keratin services, • Shampoo, condition, and prep clients for appointments, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of salon stations, shampoo area, and backbar, • Assist with inventory management, product restocking, and keeping supplies organized, • Greet clients, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure they feel comfortable and cared for, • Support stylists during busy shifts and help with smooth day-to-day operations, • Must have or be actively pursuing a NJ Cosmetology License (permit acceptable), • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism, • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn, • Passion for hair, beauty, and customer service, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • $16 per hour + tips you personally receive from clients, • Growth opportunity to advance into a stylist position Please submit your resume, social media/portfolio (if available), and a brief description of why you’d be a great fit for our team.
