Company: CHD Home Textiles LLC Location: Manhattan, New York (Full-Time, On-Site) Salary: $80,000–$150,000 base salary + commission/bonus (based on experience) About CHD Home Textiles Llc CHD Home Textiles Lic is a growing importer and distributor of home products serving major retailers, wholesalers, and e-commerce customers across North America. We are expanding our Kitchen & Housewares division and are seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships. Position Summary The Kitchen Hard Goods Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing retail and wholesale accounts for kitchen and housewares products, including cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, gadgets, food storage, tabletop accessories, and related categories. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow existing retail, wholesale, and e-commerce accounts., • Develop new business opportunities with major retailers and distributors., • Present new product collections and seasonal programs to customers., • Work closely with sourcing and product development teams to create customer-specific programs., • Prepare sales presentations, quotations, forecasts, and business reviews., • Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and annual agreements., • Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and replenishment opportunities., • Coordinate with overseas factories and supply chain teams to ensure successful order execution., • Analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer needs., • Travel regularly to customer meetings, trade shows, and supplier visits. Qualifications • 5+ years of sales or account management experience in kitchenware, housewares, tabletop, or consumer products., • Established relationships with major retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces., • Strong understanding of direct-import and FOB business models., • Experience with cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, gadgets, food storage, or tabletop products., • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts., • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills., • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications • Experience selling to retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, TJX Companies, Ross Stores, and regional chains., • Existing network within the housewares industry., • Experience attending industry trade shows such as The Inspired Home Show., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
