Marketing and Client Services Manager Retail Real Estate | Hospitality Job Description Summary Brand Urban is seeking a thoughtful, creative, and highly organized Marketing and Client Services Manager with a passion for retail and hospitality. This role is designed for an entrepreneurial self-starter who is excited to take ownership of the firm’s marketing function – developing strategy, bringing forward new ideas, and executing with a high degree of autonomy. Working closely with Brand Urban’s leadership and advisory teams, you will drive the development and execution of the firm’s marketing and client communication across all channels – including client-facing deliverables, content, social media, business development, PR, and events. This is a highly collaborative role with meaningful exposure to how best-in-class brick and mortar lifestyle brands grow through real estate strategy – from early market entry to national expansion. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a marketing platform within a fast-growing real estate advisory and brokerage firm. This is an in-person role (4 days per week in office) in Brand Urban’s New York City (Flatiron District) headquarters. Core Responsibilities • Internal Scope – Support and service Brand Urban clients through: o Marketing Collateral & Research ▪ Create, update and maintain client-facing presentation materials, including pitch decks, tour books, and leasing brochures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand standards ▪ Organize and manage internal marketing databases and shared resources, including: • Business contacts lists and Mailchimp distributions, • Comparable databases and supporting materials ▪ Support and project manage the creation of market strategy maps, email blast graphics, window vinyl signage, and other marketing projects by providing strategic direction and coordinating inputs from brokerage team and external designers ▪ Liaise with graphic designers and third-party vendors, providing strategic visual and copy direction and managing execution timelines and deliverables for marketing projects o Client Services & Office Management ▪ Provide general office and administrative support, in partnership with the Administrative Assistant, including maintaining office standards and coordinating meetings ▪ Maintain high standard of professionalism and communication with clients, vendors, and partners ▪ Support ad-hoc projects and requests as needed in a dynamic startup environment • External Scope - Create and execute a marketing strategy to grow Brand Urban’s external brand presence in the Real Estate Industry through: o PR, Events, & Brand Initiatives ▪ Plan and execute Brand Urban networking and social events, activations, and client gifting initiatives ▪ Build and deploy email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing outreach ▪ Coordinate website updates, including client logos, landlord listing brochures, and website copy ▪ Liaise with PR specialists on press outreach and submissions to relevant publications, newsletters, awards, and podcasts ▪ Research and oversee annual calendar for industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events o Social Media & Content ▪ Create a social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms ▪ Research industry articles and current events for social media content and industry news ▪ Capture and curate content in collaboration with internal teams and client marketing partners ▪ Track client announcements, openings, and press moments to support timely content and visibility Experience & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree preferred, • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, real estate, hospitality, or a related field • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines, • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset, • Interest in brand strategy, retail, hospitality, and real estate, • Experience with and interest in photography and social media content creation and scheduling • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Keynote, • Proficiency in Canva, • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Esri Business Analyst are a plus, but not required About Brand Urban Brand Urban is a strategic real estate advisory and brokerage firm specializing in best-in-class hospitality and lifestyle brands.
