Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per year A bit about us: Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced corporate securities attorney to join their New York office. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform offering exposure to sophisticated securities work and a diverse client base of public and private companies. Interested candidates should have 5+ years of experience in corporate securities law with strong drafting and analytical skills and a background in SEC compliance and reporting obligations. The incoming attorney will play a key role in advising clients on securities matters, corporate governance, and capital markets transactions. Core responsibilities include drafting and reviewing SEC filings, managing compliance and disclosure obligations, coordinating with auditors and underwriters, and supporting capital markets and M&A transactions involving securities considerations. This is a full-time role with excellent compensation ($180K-$220K), comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA/FSA options, parental leave, and PTO in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
