    Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior WMS & TMS Support Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in supply chain technology, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS). The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day customer support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and implementation-related activities while gaining hands-on experience with logistics and ERP-integrated platforms. This position offers a strong growth path into a Functional Consultant, Technical Consultant, or Support Management role. Responsibilities • Provide first-level support for WMS and TMS applications, • Troubleshoot software, database, and web application issues, • Assist customers with system configuration and operational questions, • Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution and follow-up, • Work with senior consultants on implementations, upgrades, and testing, • Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation, • Support integrations between WMS/TMS platforms and ERP systems, • Document support cases, solutions, and internal procedures, • Assist with user training and customer onboarding activities, • Collaborate with development and operations teams to escalate complex issues Required Skills & Qualifications • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), • Understanding of web applications and browser-based systems, • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and customer service abilities, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn, • Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, or transportation processes is preferred Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Acumatica, or similar platforms, • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or EDI is a plus, • Previous helpdesk or software support experience is beneficial Career Growth Opportunities This role is designed as an entry point into the consulting and supply chain software industry.     We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Per Diem Driver to support transportation services for our senior program. The Driver will be responsible for safely transporting older adults to and from the center, as well as assisting with occasional program-related transportation needs. This role is ideal for someone flexible, dependable, and committed to providing excellent service to seniors. Hourly Rate: $25.88 Key Responsibilities Safely transport program participants to and from the senior center and scheduled activities Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including those with mobility needs Ensure vehicle safety through routine inspections and basic maintenance checks Maintain a clean and safe vehicle at all times Follow assigned routes and schedules while accommodating changes as needed Communicate effectively with program staff regarding delays or issues Adhere to all traffic laws and organizational transportation policies Qualifications Valid driver?s license (CDL Class ABC/be able to transport 14 or more passengers) Previous experience driving a van, shuttle, or similar vehicle preferred Experience working with seniors or vulnerable populations is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations Requirements Complete background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening Ability to lift and assist passengers as needed High school diploma/GED Knowledge of local routes and neighborhoods preferred Schedule Per diem/as needed basis Hours may vary based on program needs, including mornings and early afternoons
