Our program works with mixed-age groups, offering hands-on learning, sensory play, creative projects, story time, movement, and structured daily routines. Staff may support different age groups based on program needs, ratios, and scheduling. Responsibilities As a Morning Assistant Teacher, you will help set a positive tone for the day by: • Preparing and opening the classroom, • Greeting scholars and families warmly and professionally, • Assisting with breakfast routines, • Supporting diapering, feeding, and transitions, • Setting up sensory activities, Circle Time, and learning centers, • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized classroom, • Following daily routines and checklists, • Sharing classroom moments and photo updates through Brightwheel This role is active and hands-on and requires the ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, and lift children or classroom materials (up to approximately 40 lbs).
