NOCO is hiring an experienced Fleet Fueling Driver in Albany, NY to safely deliver and dispense fuel directly into commercial fleet vehicles at customer locations. This is more than a driving job. You'll operate a commercial fuel delivery truck, manage scheduled fuel deliveries, maintain accurate records, communicate with dispatch and customers, and make sure every stop is completed safely, accurately, and on time. If you have a CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, at least 2 years of fuel delivery or related commercial driving experience, and a strong commitment to safety, we want to hear from you. What NOCO Offers: • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus, • 2nd Shift, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • HSA contribution options, • Company-paid life insurance, • Company-paid short-term disability, • 401(k) with company match, • Paid holidays, • Vacation and sick time, • Safety incentives, • Years-of-service incentives, • Company-provided PPE, • Boot allowance What You'll Do: As a Fleet Fueling Driver, you will: • Operate a commercial fuel delivery truck, • Transport and safely dispense fuel directly into customer fleet vehicles, • Complete scheduled fueling routes accurately and efficiently, • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, • Inspect trucks, hoses, and fueling equipment for safe operating condition, • Measure and record fuel levels before and after deliveries, • Maintain accurate fuel inventory and delivery records, • Follow proper fuel-handling and spill-prevention procedures, • Communicate with dispatchers and supervisors throughout your route, • Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and required documentation accurately and on time, • Follow all DOT, federal, state, local, and company safety requirements, • Provide professional, dependable service at customer locations, • Report mechanical, equipment, or safety concerns promptly, • Keep your truck and equipment clean, organized, and ready for service, • Experienced drivers may also assist with training new drivers on safe fueling procedures, equipment operation, and NOCO safety standards. Safety Comes First: When you're transporting and dispensing fuel, there is no room for shortcuts. You'll be expected to: • Follow DOT regulations and hazardous-material transportation requirements, • Safely handle and dispense fuel, • Wear all required PPE, • Follow fueling, spill-prevention, and emergency procedures, • Perform routine vehicle and equipment safety checks, • Identify and report unsafe conditions, • Maintain a safe work area at every customer location, • Protect customers, equipment, property, and the environment during every delivery What We're Looking For: Required qualifications include: • High school diploma or GED, • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), • Hazmat endorsement – REQUIRED, • Tanker endorsement – REQUIRED, • Current DOT Medical Certification, • Minimum 2 years of fuel delivery or related commercial driving experience, • Knowledge of DOT regulations and fuel transportation safety requirements, • Ability to safely operate a commercial fuel delivery truck and fueling equipment, • Ability to maintain accurate logs, fuel records, and delivery documentation, • Ability to plan and follow delivery routes, • Strong time-management and organizational skills, • Dependable, safety-focused work history, • Professional communication and customer-service skills Schedule & Availability: This is a 2nd-shift position. Candidates must also be willing to work schedules based on customer and operational needs, which may include: • Nights, • Weekends, • Holidays, • Changing routes or delivery schedules You must be comfortable working independently while maintaining regular communication with dispatch. Physical & Work Requirements: • Candidates must be able to:, • Sit and drive for extended periods, • Frequently enter and exit a commercial vehicle, • Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, • Safely handle fuel hoses and fueling equipment, • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, • Work around fuel, fumes, and hazardous materials, • Wear required PPE, • Safely perform the physical duties associated with commercial fleet fueling Why Join NOCO?
