Qualifications: • 2–4+ years of restaurant management experience in high-volume, full-service, fast-casual, or quick-service environments., • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and coach staff., • Excellent communication, guest-relations, and conflict-resolution skills., • Understanding of inventory management, labor control, and basic P&L principles., • Knowledge of New Jersey health codes and regulatory requirements., • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays., • ServSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred.
