RESPONSIBILITIES: • Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls., • Provide information about insurance products and services., • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals., • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses., • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions., • Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals., • Organizational skills and attention to detail., • Customer service and communication skills., • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred., • Detail-oriented and able to multitask., • Experience in customer service or sales preferred., • Spanish is a plus., • Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one., • Communication and interpersonal skills.
