Job DescriptionJob Title: Set Up OperatorJob Description This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and self-directed individual to join a stable and reputable manufacturing company specializing in engineered mechanical components. Candidates must have experience in machine setup and will be responsible for testing machines onsite. Responsibilities • Set up and operate lathes, mills, and other machinery., • Read and interpret blueprints and G&M codes for machine setup., • Use calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in machining., • Perform inspections and quality checks on finished components., • Program CNC machines using Mastercam., • Work with Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, and Okuma machinery.Essential Skills, • Proficiency in lathe and mill operations., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints., • Experience with G&M codes and CNC machine programming., • Knowledge of machining and mechanical components., • Skilled in using calipers and micrometers for precision measurement.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience with Mastercam programming., • Knowledge of CNC machining processes. has been around for over 70 years Metallized Carbon Corporation has been the leader in highly engineered carbon graphite solutions for severe service lubrication.
