WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Lead commercial strategy for key accounts, aligning marketing, pricing, and sales activity with revenue goals., • Develop and manage forecasts, pricing models, and sales strategies that deliver measurable results., • Oversee audience segmentation, ticketing, and revenue management to maximize occupancy and average ticket price., • Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions., • Serve as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders and agency leaders., • Inspire and mentor teams, fostering commercial acumen and a culture of curiosity and accountability.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:, • 6-8 years of experience in commercial strategy, revenue management, or marketing leadership, ideally within live entertainment, media, and/or entertainment sectors., • Proven success in building and executing commercial strategies for major ticketed events or theatrical productions., • Strong financial acumen with experience developing revenue models, forecasts, and pricing strategies., • Deep understanding of marketing effectiveness, audience segmentation, and media ROI., • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging C-suite stakeholders., • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing at senior levels., • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering measurable results. The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 to $130,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
