The ideal candidate can manage diverse duties and multiple priorities; and is able to maintain effective relationships with people supported, families, staff, and other internal/external departments. Candidate should have strong initiative, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to be creative, while managing multiple priorities in a busy residence. This is a full-time position and requires flexibility in work schedule including at least one evening and one early morning shift per week and weekend hours. Position is also required to be on-call.
