Job DescriptionA well-established Third-Party Logistics (3PL) company in South River, NJ is looking for an organized and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Account Specialist. In this role, you will support day-to-day order processing, customer communication, and issue resolution to ensure smooth account management and high service quality. Long-Term Contract Pay Rate: DoE Schedule: 8 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible start time: 8:00, 8:30, or 9:00 AM) Key Responsibilities: • Process customer orders and enter accurate data into internal systems, • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone, email, and occasionally in person, • Acknowledge and confirm orders, provide shipping timelines, and handle invoice processing, • Address customer inquiries and product/service concerns in a timely and professional manner, • Resolve issues or complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational success, • High school diploma or GED, • Previous experience in a logistics, warehouse, or 3PL setting is preferred, • Previous experience in order processing and customer service, • Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal), • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities., • Effective follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of tasks., • Accurate data entry and organizational abilities, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), email, and general computer use, • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment Our Values • Integrity, • Commitment, • Quality, • Diversity Benefits for eligible employees • Direct deposit, • Weekly pay, • Medical benefits, • 401(k) Plan Please visit us at to explore all opportunities. #IND2 #ps Company DescriptionProstaff Solutions is committed to all aspects of staffing services We offer comprehensive best-practices for our clients and employees.
