Our work environment includes: - Lively atmosphere - On-the-job training - Growth opportunities Job Specifications We’re looking for candidates with excellent people and communication skills who is comfortable giving basic Archery 101 and archery guidance for adults or kids during each session. Experience in archery or aspiration in becoming an archer is a must. Responsibilities - Prepare, organize, and set up equipment and lane for each appointment - Communicate closely with the Guest Ambassador at the front desk regarding appointment details - Build a fun, engaging, yet safe environment for all archers Qualifications - Basic equipment maintenance skills (eg, fletching arrows, bow set-up and tuning, etc.) - Exemplary presentation and facilitation skills - Background in sports (athletics, fitness, physical education, etc.)
