Job Description Position Overview: This position is responsible for performing a wide range of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and restoration work across manufacturing, office, and support areas. This role supports the installation and relocation of production and office equipment, monitors and performs minor upkeep of major utility systems, and ensures general building, grounds, and facility operations are maintained in a safe and functional condition. Key systems supported include air compressors, furnaces, chillers, vacuum pumps, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and general building infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production readiness and overall facility reliability.
