Position Summary The Handyman, Level 3 performs advanced general building maintenance across mixed-use residential and commercial properties in the Lower East Side. This role supports the overall safety, functionality, and appearance of the buildings and reports directly to the Facilities Manager. This position requires strong hands-on trade experience, independent problem-solving skills, professionalism with residents, and the physical ability to perform routine repair and preventative maintenance work.
