Job Description Essential Functions • Completing work orders, • Vacancy Preparations, • Plumbing, electric, carpentry, tiling, drywall, sparkling, framing, masonry and renovations (boiler and hot water tank maintenance and repairs not a requirement but a plus) other daily routine maintenance duties as assigned., • Snow removal, • Rotational on-call duties to respond to after-hours emergency calls. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Good communication and interpersonal skills to deal with residents, • Ability to follow oral and written instructions, • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, • Ability to work effectively with a team, • A great attitude, good presence and energy, • Power tools, Bobcat/Skid loader Qualifications • High School Diploma or Equivalent, trade school or certifications, • 5 years or more of experience, • Must be able to pass strict background checks, including drug testing, • Clean, valid driver's license Physical Demands: the work requires routine walking, pushing carts, standing, bending, lifting, and transporting of materials used for repairs and installation, Job Type: Full time Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour commensurate with skill level and experience
