Description: The objective of this position is to exceed the customer’s expectation of service by assisting the Driver with assuring the safe transportation and delivery of food to customer locations, following company policies and procedures. Assuring shipment of temperature controlled and undamaged product, proper count of goods at customer locations, assuring inventory levels are FIFO in the customer locations. Salary 65K Key Roles & Responsibilities: • Assist in ERP implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, and testing support., • Collaborate with senior team members to understand how various departments (Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) leverage backend systems to manage their operations., • Learn to customize and adapt ERP modules based on business requirements under the supervision of experienced mentors., • Support data entry, validation, and migration activities during new system setups and rollouts., • Help organize and deliver user training sessions, and prepare clear, concise documentation for business users., • Provide first-level user support, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving common ERP-related issues., • Develop skills to act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of system needs., • Participate in identifying and recommending process improvements within ERP workflows and business processes., • Gain hands-on experience with system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations by Skills & Qualifications: • Basic understanding of business operations such as inventory management, sales, or accounting (academic or internship experience acceptable)., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset., • Genuine interest in ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and business software integration., • Enthusiasm for learning C#, Python, or other programming languages relevant to system development and integration., • Basic familiarity with Excel, databases, or SQL is an advantage (not mandatory)., • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a desire to grow in a technology-driven business environment. Training & Development: • Receive comprehensive on-the-job training in IT systems implementation, configuration, and support., • Gain hands-on experience through participation in real-world projects under the mentorship of senior consultants., • Learn both technical and functional aspects of ERP systems, including reporting, data management, and business process understanding., • Benefit from structured career guidance and mentorship, with growth opportunities toward IT Systems Analyst, ERP Consultant, or Project Lead roles. Preferred (Not Required) • Internship experience or academic coursework related to ERP systems, business management, or information technology., • Basic understanding of workflow integration between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
