Ideally, we are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who is clinically skilled, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping patients recover from musculoskeletal and neurological injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents. Candidates must have strong documentation skills and the ability to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with personal injury cases. Job Overview Terry’s Pools is seeking a dependable, trainable, motivated Maintenance Technician to join the team who is comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work. This is a full-time position reporting to the Tallahassee, FL area with the expectation to perform routes in your local area Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays. Our main objective is to provide consistent, top-notch pool services to our customers. This is an hourly position with no selling required; just cleaning and maintaining the pools! What we offer * Competitive starting pay at $15/hr with performance based increases * Ability to make overtime * Take-home company vehicle * Weekly pay * Medical, dental and vision insurance * Paid time off * Paid holidays * Locally assigned routes * Life insurance * Exclusive employee deals via LifeMart * Career progression and opportunity to grow with the company Responsibilities * Driving the company vehicle to the customer's location, loading and unloading tools as needed. * Monitor, diagnose and correct chemical levels for swimming pools by testing swimming pool water pH, salt or chlorine levels and adding chemicals to correct pH level. * Performs cleaning of swimming pools and clearing debris in a safe and sanitary condition, including clearing Skimmer baskets. * Brush and vacuum swimming pool according to established procedures. * Check and perform preventative maintenance on pumps, chlorinators, heating and filtration equipment to maintain operative condition. * Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed. * Makes minor adjustments and keeps equipment in great condition. * Performs heavy manual labor, including operating riptides and vacuums. * Maintains maintenance records and schedules in Skimmer. * Maintains log of work completed and orders necessary supplies. * Performs related duties as assigned. Job Description The welding work is not full time so the applicant must perform substation construction work consisting of steel erection, assembly of equipment, and pulling cable. As a certified aluminum welder you will be trained to become a Substation Technician. This position requires significant out of town work, 99% of the work is within Florida east coast and west coast. Short periods of out of state travel will also be required at times. The typical work week is five, ten hour days.
