This hybrid position combines operational supervision, business development, and quality control to deliver a premium customer experience and ensure continuous portfolio growth. ✦ Key Responsibilities: Operational Supervision • Coordinate and oversee the field cleaning team., • Conduct surprise and scheduled inspections of active services., • Ensure compliance with cleaning protocols, image standards, and presentation., • Report incidents, issues, or updates to the administrative team.
