Job Description The Management Trainee program at Sika Corporation is a 12-month rotational program for high potential candidates holding a bachelors’ degree or higher education degree, with little to no industry knowledge. During the rotational program, trainees have a mentor, giving you the support you need to grow and gain knowledge in various parts of the business.
