Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: CT Technologist, • Discipline: Allied Health Professional, • Duration: 8 weeks, • 40 hours per week, • Shift: 8 hours, nights, • Employment Type: Travel Radiologic Technologist – X-Ray / CT (Night Shift)Schedule • Night Shift: Monday – Friday, • Shift Time: 12:00 AM – 8:30 AM, • Shift Length: 8 hours + 30-minute lunch, • Training Schedule (First 2 Weeks):, • Tuesday – Friday, • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, • After training, traveler returns to regular night schedulePatient Volume, • Daily Caseload: Up to 20 patients (often lower due to low volume), • Independent work environment due to low overnight volumePatient Population, • Pediatrics, • Adolescents, • Adults, • GeriatricsWork Setting, • Outpatient, • Inpatient, • ER, • Adult ICU, • Orthopedic specialty hospitalRequired Certifications / Licenses, • ARRT (R) – Radiography, • ARRT (CT) – Computed Tomography, • New York State Department of Health Radiologic Technologist License, • IV Certification (Required), • Basic Life Support (BLS)Experience Requirements, • Minimum 2 years Radiology / CT experience, • Experience performing X-Ray and CT procedures, • Experience with portable imaging, • Comfortable working independently on night shift, • First-time travelers acceptedPreferred Qualifications, • Experience operating Siemens Medical Imaging Equipment, • Experience with Epic Systems EMRX-Ray Procedure Experience, • Extremities, • Spine / Pelvis, • Head, • Chest / Thorax, • Musculoskeletal, • Upper Extremities, • Lower ExtremitiesCT Procedure Experience, • Abdomen, • Pelvis, • Head / Neck, • Chest, • Spine, • Musculoskeletal, • Brain Perfusion, • CT Angiography (CTA), • Multiplanar ReconstructionAdditional Details, • Orthopedic imaging cases performed in exam rooms or portable settings, • Patients include inpatient and outpatient orthopedic cases, • May rotate between hospital departments and nearby outpatient facilityPhysical Requirements, • Ability to lift, push, pull, or move patients/equipment over 150 lbs (with or without assistive devices)Scrub Color, • Weekly pay, • Medical benefits
