The successful candidate will work 10-hour day shifts over a 13-week contract period in a hospital setting. This role requires at least one prior successful travel assignment, along with specific clinical skills and certifications. • Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects., • Recognize safety issues related to self and patients; implement safe patient handling techniques., • Function effectively in stressful situations, applying problem-solving skills as needed., • Exhibit strong leadership abilities by prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities., • May assume duties as a charge nurse when required., • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members., • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing., • Previous hospital RN experience is preferred., • BLS and IV certifications are required., • Must be a permanent resident at least 60 miles away from the facility., • Previous employees must be gone for at least 2 years and eligible for rehire.
