Paid search is the foundation of the program; CTV, paid social, and video are how we build demand above it, and multi-touch attribution is how we hold every channel to the same standard. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who is equally comfortable inside an ad account and inside a spreadsheet: someone who has managed substantial budgets, treats attribution and incrementality as core parts of the job rather than reporting afterthoughts, and stays ahead of a rapidly changing paid media landscape. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, has bought and optimized Connected TV through a DSP, has run paid social and video campaigns, has successfully overseen six-figure monthly advertising budgets, and understands how to drive measurable growth while maintaining strong return on ad spend (ROAS). This person will also own our multi-touch attribution platform (Hyros) and will be the one the leadership team relies on to answer what is actually working. Home services or home warranty industry experience is a significant advantage. The right candidate is both strategic and highly tactical: passionate about performance marketing, energized by testing and learning, and comfortable making data-driven decisions that directly affect business growth. You will manage the day-to-day optimization of campaigns across every paid channel and lead the larger strategic work of helping multiple service lines grow through paid media. Job Description W. W. Norton & Company is seeking its first Publicity Director (PD) for the Norton Children’s Books and Norton Waverly team. Reporting to the Director of Children’s Books and Strategic Development, the PD will have a unique opportunity to help shape the growing Norton Children’s Books list, working across NCB and its imprints to coordinate author events and tours, secure media, partner with social media influencers, manage award submissions across titles, and look after imprint presence and branding in the marketplace.
