It only launched in summer of 2023 but is currently one of the fastest growing pet food brands in the US! \n We believe there’s a better way to feed our good boys and girls. A way that gives every pet - the long-haired, the short-legged, and the spotted alike - a seat at the table, with healthy recipes developed with vets and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust. \n We’re incubated within the HelloFresh Group meaning we have the space to operate as a start up whilst also having the many benefits of being part of a larger organization. We’re looking to scale rapidly, to disrupt the pet food industry and to help paw-rents improve their furry family members’ well being. \n We’re building a strong team and culture for The Pets Table. This role sits within the marketing team, reporting directly to the Chief Barketing Officer and is an excellent opportunity for a driven, creative marketer with branding and communication skills. You’ll get to help us establish The Pets Table as an emotional household brand that is loved by millions of dogs and dog parents. \n You will… \n\n • Grow The Pets Table's awareness and recognition by owning and running brand building campaigns\n, • Ensure we pursue the correct brand positioning to stand out from competition through competitor monitoring & market mapping\n, • Elevate our holistic content strategy & its development to ensure we are seen as a premium brand with a cohesive tone of voice and collection of assets\n, • Support top of funnel marketing efforts across a variety of brand channels including TV, Influencer, OOH, Radio, etc\n, • Manage organic social & blog strategy to ensure our brand content is engaging for potential and active customers\n, • Partner with Product team to ensure our claims stand out and resonate well with customers\n, • Be close to our target customer by conducting market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, wants and needs\n, • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all touchpoints including D2C & Retail\n, • A pet person through and through\n, • Degree or concentration in Marketing, Business or Economics\n, • 5-7 years of work experience in a brand marketing role\n, • Have a proven track record of building disruptive consumer brands with clear positioning\n, • Proactive, hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment within a larger corporate structure\n, • Creative & resourceful. You can create your own content on IG stories or Capcut without needing a team of editors to help you. You like being in front of a camera and don’t mind create branded Reels yourself\n, • You already know how to use AI to expedite timelines and create realistic content\n, • A visionary marketer who don’t just write up a tactical brief but come up with concepts yourself\n
