In addition to service delivery, Lead Estheticians dedicate 1 day per week to leadership and administrative duties. These include training and onboarding new hires, leading continued education, shadowing treatments, giving performance feedback, and managing operational tasks such as inventory. They work closely with the Studio Manager to support studio growth and ensure team performance meets Glowbar’s high standards. As a visible leader, the Lead Esthetician models strict adherence to time and attendance and helps the team uphold the same accountability.
