Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred). • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first attitude. • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism. • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
