Education and/or Experience: • Masters preferred or BA/BS in business, management, real estate development, and/or non-profit management., • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management working in either non-profit or for-profit housing development and/or property management. Experience with working with adults around mental health, substance use, and/or homelessness., • Must have strong computer skills., • Must successfully complete a criminal background check, obtain clearance from the Office of Children and Family Services and toxicology test. Train and assist event-day operators with technical operations of UBS Arena control room equipment. Assist Director of AV Systems and Broadcasting Operations with technical repairs on all AV Systems. Upkeep and manage the AVB technical inventory as well as the AVB incident reporting documentation.
