Key Responsibilities • Assist with general construction and handyman tasks on active job sites., • Perform basic carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and trim work., • Install hardware, fixtures, shelving, and other finish items., • Help maintain job site cleanliness, organization, and safety., • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment., • Support subcontractors and skilled trades as needed., • Conduct punch-list and warranty work under supervision., • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to completed work., • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively., • Identify and report quality control issues to supervisors., • Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols., • Represent the company professionally when interacting with homeowners, designers, architects, and vendors. Qualifications (preferred but not required) • 1–2 years of experience in residential construction, handyman services, or a related field preferred but not required, • Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, and general construction practices., • Ability to read a tape measure and use common hand and power tools., • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail., • Willingness to learn luxury home construction standards and techniques., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation., • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions. Preferred Skills • Experience working on high-end residential projects., • Basic understanding of blueprints and construction drawings., • Familiarity with punch-list completion and warranty service work., • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
