About the Role We’re seeking an Estate Planning Administrative Assistant with an outgoing and warm personality who is also highly organized, detail-oriented, and intellectually sharp. Fluency in Spanish is required. While estate planning experience is preferred, it’s not a requirement — we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude. This role is fully dedicated to supporting our growing Estate Planning practice while occasionally assisting other practice areas when needed. Location and Work Schedule • Location: 777 Passaic Ave., Clifton, New Jersey. Our office is conveniently located close to all major highways., • Compensation:$ 55,000-$65,000 Base with $10,000 performance based bonus, • Benefits: After 90 day probationary period eligible for health benefits and PTO benefits.
