Implement solutions to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications: *Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred. *5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, account management, or a similar role. *Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving sales growth. *Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Walmart/Retail Link specifically) and digital marketing strategies. *Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. *Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. *Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles. Familiarity with CRM systems and e-commerce tools.
