    Job Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Associate to join our distribution team. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to meeting productivity and quality standards. Available Shifts & Pay • 1st Shift: 6:00am or 6:50 AM – 5:30 PM — $17.00/hour Responsibilities • Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems., • Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality before packing., • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping., • Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements., • Replenish inventory in picking locations as needed., • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing incoming merchandise., • Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment., • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies., • Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals., • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required., • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus). Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent preferred., • Previous warehouse, picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred but not required., • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly., • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift., • Basic math and reading skills., • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Dependable attendance and punctuality., • Willingness to work overtime as needed. Work Environment • Fast-paced warehouse and distribution center., • Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products., • Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday., • Safety-focused, team-oriented environment with productivity goals.     Job Summary The General Manager / Assistant General Manager provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management for our food distribution facility. This role is directly responsible for ensuring peak supply chain efficiency, strict cold chain integrity, regulatory compliance, and a safety-first warehouse culture. You will manage everyday operations—spanning inbound inventory, fleet logistics, vendor relations, and P&L accountability—while mentoring a high-performing operations team to achieve company growth targets. Core Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Fleet Logistics • Direct all day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, quality control, inventory management, picking, and staging., • Oversee outbound fleet logistics, ensuring optimal route design, Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance, and on-time delivery metrics., • Maintain a continuous improvement culture to maximize warehouse space and reduce cycle times. Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance • Enforce absolute compliance with FDA, USDA, OSHA, and local Department of Health regulations., • Guarantee the strict execution of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) programs and standard operating procedures (SOPs)., • Act as the primary point of contact for all external facility audits and government inspections. Financial & Vendor Management • Hold full P&L accountability, actively managing operational budgets, capital expenditures, labor costs, and shrinkage rates., • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify cost-saving initiatives and revenue leakages., • Negotiate strategic service contracts with third-party freight carriers, equipment maintenance vendors, and product suppliers. Team Development & Culture • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse supervisors, drivers, customer service representatives, and sales staff., • Cultivate a transparent, accountable, and rewarding work environment focused on high employee retention and safety., • Oversee labor scheduling and workplace performance metrics to keep operations nimble and properly staffed across all shifts. Required Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA preferred) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a closely related field., • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume distribution or warehousing facility (food or beverage industry required)., • Logistics Acumen: Deep understanding of First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation, food traceability protocols, and shelf-life tracking. Preferred Qualifications • Direct experience managing mixed private fleets and contract carriers., • Bilingual proficiency (English/Chinese) is a must
