About the Role The Warehouse Associate Lead supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations across freezer, cooler, and dry goods. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, ensures accurate and timely order fulfillment, and steps in to solve problems before they slow down operations. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support a team of 8–10 warehouse associates * Oversee picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping of product * Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently * Use scanners and inventory systems to complete transactions accurately * Ensure compliance with USDA, GMP, and food safety requirements * Enforce safety policies and proactively identify hazards * Provide operational coverage when team members are absent * Communicate clearly with leadership and respond to radio requests * Complete required documentation accurately and on time * Promote a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free work environment What We’re Looking For * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask and make quick, sound decisions * Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (30–50°ree;F) * Professional, dependable, and accountable * Safety-first mindset at all times Minimum Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year of warehouse experience * 6+ months experience operating an electric pallet jack and/or stand-up forklift Preferred Qualifications * Experience in meat processing or USDA-regulated environments * Bilingual (English/Spanish) Physical & Work Environment * Regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs * Standing, walking, bending, and operating equipment throughout the shift * Refrigerated warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels Why Join ACM?
