(NGi) is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations in Southern California, based out of Brea, CA. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient delivery scheduling, accurate inventory management, and proper stocking of consumables and tools to support construction projects. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and support warehouse personnel, ensuring consistency, accountability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, • Ensure facilities are organized, clean, and operating safely and efficiently, • Develop, implement, and enforce standardized warehouse procedures, • Coordinate and oversee daily delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution of materials, tools, and consumables to job sites, • Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams to prioritize and adjust deliveries, • Monitor transportation efficiency and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays, • Maintain accurate inventory levels of consumables, tools, and equipment, • Implement and manage inventory tracking systems, including cycle counts and audits, • Identify shortages, overstock conditions, and cost-saving opportunities, • Coordinate purchasing and replenishment of materials as needed, • Ensure all inventory is properly received, labeled, stored, and organized, • Establish best practices for warehouse layout and material handling, • Minimize loss, damage, and waste of materials and equipment, • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure accountability, • Support hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions as needed, • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and safety regulations, • Conduct regular safety inspections and training, • Maintain documentation for inventory, deliveries, and safety procedures, • Provide reporting on inventory levels, delivery performance, and operational efficiency, • Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs Education & Experience • 3+ years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management (construction industry preferred), • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Experience with inventory management systems, • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, • High level of accountability and attention to detail, • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices, • Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed, • Frequent standing, walking, and bending, • Ability to travel to job sites as needed throughout Southern California NGi is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
