Job Description Essential duties and responsibilities: • Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise, • Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area, • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards, • Open bales, crates and other containers, • Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory, • Prepare parcels for mailing, • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times, • High School diploma or equivalent preferred, • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred, • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills, • Dependable and Reliable, • The Work hours will be Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4pm Eastern Time but hours will vary as necessitated by business. Key ResponsibilitiesKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assemble and label boxes to be filled with products off the production line., • Ensure proper seals, codes, dates, and prices on product bags and cases are correct., • Take defective products off the production line., • Clean and sanitize the work area and plant equipment., • Ensure that manufacturing data is accurately entered and tracked in the ERP system, including production orders, materials, and finished goods., • Update and maintain ERP records to reflect real-time data, including production status, material usage, and equipment maintenance., • Enter production and manufacturing data into the ERP system, including raw material consumption, machine usage, labor hours, and quality control data., • Track inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with the necessary teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
